OnePoll Survey Shows Preference for Living in a Campervan!

On 17 August 2016 Katie Tombs, of the global media agency MEC, wrote as follows:

"I have results from a new OnePoll survey on the current cost of living in the UK that you may be interested in.

The survey, commissioned by comparethemarket.com, asked 25-35 year olds to tell us whether they would consider alternative forms of accommodation.

Some of the key findings include:

  • 31% of respondents would consider living in a camper van.
  • Men are more inclined to choose to live in a camper van (32%) than women (30%).
  •  Respondents in the South West (40%) and Wales (37%) are most inclined to live in a camper van.

Further information and case studies can be seen on site here: https://www.comparethemarket.com/home-insurance/content/london-flat-vs-campervan/"

Katie also mentions that the data can be broken down by age, gender and location. You can contact her on this or any other matter related to the survey at
