Cortina Gate Camping near Constanta

The Cortina Gate Camping is a new one
(opened on 1st August 2009), with an area of 5000 square metres and 34 pitches on
grass. They offer 6-amp or 16-amp electricity with European sockets, drinking water
for supplying caravans, disposal point for grey water and chemical toilet, and 16
outdoor parking spaces. Other facilities include: phone, safe boxes and internet
in the office, clean sanitary facilities with non-stop hot water showers, sinks
for washing dishes and food with non-stop hot water, laundry room with washing machine,
drier, sinks for washing by hand, iron and ironing table.
There is a pool above the ground (12
m x 6 m and 1.10 m deep), bicycle rental, playground for kids, beach-volley court,
badminton and balls, shopping opportunities and restaurants at 500 m, and a beach
at 700 m.
They also plan to make some improvements
for 2010, including a little terrace, WiFi internet and the facility to pay by bank card.
To reach the camping: from the city
of Constanta (Romania), go south on European road E87 about 54 km, and 100 m after
you pass the village of Vama Veche you reach the Camping Cortina Gate on the left
side.
