Dear Barry and Margaret Williamson,

We thank you again for your additional comments on the build design, management, quality, accessories, customer service, terms and conditions, etc provided by our company. All of this information is very beneficial to us and it will continue to be used to make positive changes and improvements to our business, enabling a greater satisfaction for our customers. We very much appreciate all the time you have taken to advise us of your feedback and concerns.

We sincerely regret you felt unable to contact us due to the service you had received from our Perth Branch. This matter has been addressed by the National Operations Manager, who has assured me this is an isolated case not reflective of our normal standards of service. We have several other Branches throughout Australia that would have gladly assisted you in place of the Perth Branch. We are very disappointed our service levels did not meet your expectations. As above, your comments have assisted us and will continue to assist us in striving for new levels of excellence in customer service.
